What this site is
Quinthea provides personality tests and articles for education and entertainment. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. No result is a diagnosis. If something you read here worries you about your mental health, speak to a qualified professional.
Using the site
You may take the tests, share your results and link to any page. You may not:
- copy substantial parts of the tests or articles and publish them elsewhere as your own;
- scrape the site automatically at a rate that affects other visitors;
- attempt to break, probe or overload the site;
- present results from this site as a professional assessment.
Intellectual property
The test questions, result texts, articles, design and code are ours, except where a source is credited. The underlying psychological models belong to their researchers and are cited on the relevant pages. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome.
Accuracy
We work hard to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that everything is correct or current. Tests are simplified adaptations, results are indicative, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Third-party links and ads
The site links to other websites and displays advertising we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
