What Kind of Tired Are You?
Sleep is not always the answer, and that is the problem
You slept eight hours and you are still exhausted. That is because there are several different kinds of tired and only one of them is fixed by a bed. Ten questions to work out which one you have been carrying around.
Before you start There are no right answers. Pick what is usually true for you, not what sounds best.
Answer for the last month rather than today. One bad night is not a pattern.
What it measures
Which type of depletion is loudest at the moment. It is not a medical assessment - it is a way of noticing that different tiredness needs different rest.
Possible results

Not exhausted exactly. Just not looking forward to anything
Common questions
I recognise two of these.
Usually true, and they stack. Physical tiredness makes every other kind worse, so if you recognise the sleep one at all, start there - it is the cheapest thing to test and it changes how the others feel.
When should I actually see a doctor?
If it has lasted more than a few weeks despite decent sleep, if you have stopped enjoying things you used to enjoy, or if it comes with breathlessness, unexplained weight change or persistent low mood. Those are all worth a real appointment, and several of the causes are simple and treatable.
An honest note This is a light-hearted test, not a health check. Tiredness that has lasted months, or that comes with low mood, breathlessness or unexplained weight change, is worth taking to a doctor rather than a quiz.
